She also oversees Zendesk ' s carbon offsetting and removal programs with a goal of accelerating the global transition to net zero . Previously , Shengyuan led climate programmes at Salesforce , where she incubated the very first sustainability product , ' Net Zero Cloud .' She holds a Master ' s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University .
