That conviction shapes how the company describes itself. DIMAAG builds what it calls actionable intelligence for power infrastructure, meaning systems that sense and respond to what compute is actually doing from moment to moment, rather than being sized for a worst case and then left to run blind. The ambition is to make the electrical layer of an AI campus as intelligent, as measurable and as adaptable as the computing it feeds.
From electric vehicles to hyperscale AI That ambition has an unlikely origin: an electric tractor. When the COVID- 19 pandemic made new business development difficult, Satish concentrated on helping existing customers solve bigger problems. One of them was Kubota, the Japanese manufacturer of tractors and heavy machinery, which was exploring an electric tractor in response to tightening emissions requirements. Satish had never built an electric vehicle, but he believed a small, focused team could move faster than a large corporation.
He also knew he needed someone who understood high-power batteries, electric drivetrains and the unforgiving realities of moving heavy machinery. A mutual contact introduced him to Ian Wright, the engineer who

co-founded Tesla Motors and later founded Wrightspeed to electrify heavyduty commercial vehicles. Ian joined DIMAAG as CTO, and the team moved from signed agreement to a working electric-tractor prototype in eight months.
The link between that work and DIMAAG’ s data-centre business is the company’ s engineering heritage. Mining trucks, excavators, tractors and other off-road machines demand enormous power, rapid charging, precise real-time control and batteries that survive heat and repeated high-power cycling. AI factories present the same fundamental problems at a different scale. Both require energy to be delivered quickly, safely and intelligently, and both punish inefficient conversion and inadequate cooling.“ A lot of the technology we are using for our data centre solution was developed for our off-road electrification solution,” Satish says.“ We found that our innovations for the EV industry are very
