What are the possibilities for the future with the application of AI fan engagement?

In the past we’ ve brought in AI capabilities that offer new products and experiences, but one of the things we’ ve not necessarily done is to completely redefine someone’ s experience of Wimbledon based on how they use the app and what we know about them.
So if you go on and we know that you’ ve read to the end of a 600 word match report, then we’ ll start to serve up more of that content immediately when you land on the app.”
