“What we see today is AI shifting increasingly towards realworld execution”

Looking towards the future, Kuo harks back to the shift from Q & A-based chatbots to real-world execution impacts.
“ What we see today is AI shifting increasingly towards real-world execution,” he says.“ It is moving beyond Q & A and prompting towards true delegation – where you have an agentic team to handle real tasks. Especially in B2B, having agents represent both parties allows you to build an agent network that connects supply chains and generates demand. That will define the next era of AI.”
The biggest shift, however, will occur as agents start to take on more real-life work, according to Kuo:“ The first major breakthrough application was software coding, which has now reached nearly 90 % penetration among engineers. The next wave will be AI agents handling real-life, real-time work. We believe e-commerce and global business are uniquely primed to be disrupted by AI and elevated to the next level.”
