Norway’ s strategic advantages for AI infrastructure The Norwegian location offers distinct advantages including cool ambient temperatures and low energy costs due to abundant hydropower availability.

The development involves a joint venture between Nscale and Aker, with both parties contributing at least US $ 250m each to co-fund the initial US $ 1bn phase.
