JPMorgan Chase maintains one of the financial sector’ s largest ML teams with over 200 specialists including scientists, engineers and product managers.
The Machine Learning Center of Excellence develops AI solutions across NLP, LLMs, speech recognition, time series analysis and reinforcement learning.
For JPMorgan Chase, NLP applications help analyse financial documents, customer communications and regulatory compliance materials.
The team spans three continents and more than 10 cities, delivering solutions that range from reusable software libraries to managed platforms addressing complex banking challenges including risk assessment, fraud detection and customer service automation.
