AI-POWERED NEO GAMMA MEETS NVIDIA’ S JENSEN HUANG
NVIDIA Co-Founder and CEO Jensen Huang is a man well-known for wearing black leather jackets – so much so that there’ s even a Business Insider study into how many he owns( he’ s worn six since 2017, should you be wondering).
But we’ ll wager even he hasn’ t been presented with a customised number by a humanoid robot while on stage.
The symbolic handover took place at the San Francisco HQ of 1X Technologies, the creator of the humanoid known as NEO GAMMA, after Jensen had given the keynote at NVIDIA’ s GTC 2025.
There, he discussed the two firms’ collaboration, introducing NVIDIA’ s Isaac GROOT N1, the world’ s first open, fully customisable foundational model for generalised humanoid reasoning and skills.
Built on a dual-system architecture, GROOT N1 is inspired by human cognition, capable of reasoning about its environment, mirroring human reflexes and deliberate, methodical decision making.
