For firms navigating the cultural element of AI adoption, Adam believes a combination of honesty and demonstrable impact is the most powerful lever available.
Foundations over fast rollouts Adam sees the era of AI experimentation drawing to a close – to be replaced by a more disciplined focus on sustainable capability-building.
“ We are already seeing our customers shift from AI experimentation to operational deployments in production,” he says.“ AI has become so ubiquitous that the question is no longer whether to adopt it, but whether organisations can implement it successfully.”
The next phase of enterprise AI strategy, Adam notes, will be defined by a return to fundamentals. Organisations are set to prioritise modernising data, improving interoperability and ensuring their technology estates can genuinely support AI at scale.
“ The emphasis will be on deliberate, phased adoption that builds sustainable capability,” Adam concludes.“ This will ultimately be a key differentiator for businesses in years to come.”
