“ The partnership with them is really looking at how we can improve the citizens’ experience for those coming in with Medicaid service needs. They’ ve done a lot of wonderful things to enhance how we manage those services and are always looking at how we can better connect the data to new architecture and improve the workflow.

“ They spent a lot of time and expertise ensuring that the old architecture is going to work and integrate with the new architecture, and on how to bridge the gaps to make sure that the data is going to be there when it is needed.”
