The strategic partnership with Covalense has provided further technical support that has encouraged access to markets in the Asia Pacific region . “ With Covelanse , again , we have leveraged their services in robotic process automation and Conversational AI , primarily in the Asian market . They have a strong presence in APAC — Australia , New Zealand , etc . So , as we expand our footprint in those areas , we are leveraging their capacity and partnering with them to meet the needs of local clients .”
