Q. YOU LEFT GOOGLE CLOUD, ONE OF THE LARGEST COMPANIES IN AI RIGHT NOW, TO LEAD A SERVICES FIRM. PEOPLE ARE GOING TO ASK: ARE YOU CRAZY?

» I get that reaction. And honestly, I think it’ s worth sitting with, because the question itself reveals a lot about how people are thinking about this moment. When I was at Google Cloud, I had a front-row seat to enterprise AI adoption across hundreds of organisations globally. Close enough to see everything, but just outside of the ropes. What I kept seeing was a gap the platforms couldn’ t close. Companies would adopt the technology, stand up the infrastructure, run the pilots and then stall. Not because they didn’ t know their business; they knew it better than anyone. But knowing

the work and having the bandwidth, the technical depth and being outside the vantage point to reimagine that work at the same time, that’ s a different thing. Most organisations are too close to the day-to-day to do both at once and they shouldn’ t have to.
And that’ s the real prize. The tremendous value isn’ t in bolting AI onto a process that stays exactly as it was. It’ s in transforming the business process end to end. But that’ s a far more demanding bar. To deliver the kind of ROI clients actually want, which is 10x and not 10 %, you need everything to come together: the domain knowledge, the technical capability, the data, the security, the trust to operate inside the workflow. Get one of those wrong and you’ re back to incremental gains.
I didn’ t want the ringside view anymore. I wanted to be in the arena. And when I looked at who was actually positioned to do this, to get inside the process and transform it reliably, Evalueserve stood out. We’ ve spent 25 years building that knowledge, workflow by workflow, inside
