HSBC has announced the appointment of David Rice as its first-ever Chief AI Officer, marking a major step in its digital transformation journey. He previously served as COO for HSBC’ s Corporate and Institutional Banking business. The newly-created role will provide enterprise-wide leadership for AI adoption as the bank works to integrate advanced technologies across its global operations.
