PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST

A very warm welcome to the latest instalment of AI Magazine. I came away super inspired after carrying out The AI Interview for this edition with Reckitt’ s Bastien Parizot. As SVP Global Business Services, Bastien is the man in charge of enterprise-wide AI transformation throughout the consumer goods giant’ s global operations.
What’ s particularly refreshing is his insistence on prioritising people during implementation programmes. In fact, Bastien emphasises that scaling AI should be 70 % about people, 20 % about process and 10 % about technology.
Elsewhere, we have a fascinating special report exploring how a select few companies are powering the era of the agentic enterprise, while our Top 10 examines the leading AI-powered sustainability platforms. Enjoy the issue.
